Bob has a background in business intelligence and investigative journalism.
Between 1987 and 1996 he was the lead investigator for BBC TV and Channel 4 programmes – ‘Rough Justice’ and ‘Trial & Error’ – where he uncovered evidence that led to the release of a double figure number of wrongly convicted life prisoners in the UK.
In 1999 he founded Y Limited, a cyber investigations and digital security company that continues to work with blue-chip clients globally.
From 2003-2013 Bob was an elected member of the City of London Corporation, where he served on key Committees including the City of London Police Committee.
